Hayley Stolzle

Counseling Intern in Training

Hi! I’m Hayley, a Graduate Student and Counselor Intern-In-Training. I live with invisible chronic illness and chronic pain which have led to a deep desire to help others carry their own emotional hardships. While my personal journey has included grief, loss, and pain, it has also been a journey of meaning, compassion, and deep emotional connection.

I am a lifelong learner who is eager to connect with you and to be in your corner. It can be difficult to find the right care, especially the right counselor, and I aim to help you find a good fit even if it ends up not being me. No matter what your needs or goals might be for therapy, I will provide you with a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings more openly.

I have an interest in and am currently learning more about Parts Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. As you and I work together, my approach will be compassionate and affirming, client-centered, and intersectional. This means I will always work collaboratively with you to help uncover the best way forward, a path that is unique to you and your story.
